About SolarCheck
Buying solar in Pakistan is harder than it should be. Prices change with the dollar, every installer quotes a different number for the same roof, and there is no easy way to tell a genuine Tier-1 panel from a relabelled one. Most people end up choosing on the recommendation of a relative.
SolarCheck is a comparison marketplace built to fix the information problem. We list panels, inverters and batteries with the per-watt price attached, and we record the day each price was measured. Where we do not hold something, the space is left blank instead of filled in.
The company listings are built from public sources. We have not phoned these companies and we have not checked their licences, so a listing is not a recommendation. Ask any installer for their NEPRA registration and SECP number before you pay anything.
How we make money
Today, we do not. Nothing on this site is paid for, no installer is charged for a lead, and no company has paid for a position in any list. The plan is to charge installers for the enquiries we send them, and this page will say so on the day that starts. Placement will not be for sale without it being labelled on the page it appears.
What we do not do
We do not install systems, we do not hold stock, and we do not sell your phone number. A quote request goes to the installers you matched with, and to nobody else.
