Privacy policy
Plain language, because you should be able to read this in two minutes.
What we collect
Your name, WhatsApp number, city and area when you request a quote; optionally your monthly bill and roof type. If you create an account we also store your email. Saved comparisons and price alerts are kept in your browser until you sign in. Once you sign in they are stored on your account, so you see them on any device you sign in from.
Who it goes to
A quote request is shared with the installers matched to that request: either the one you chose, or up to three installers serving your city. It goes to nobody else. We do not sell contact data.
What we measure
Aggregate page analytics so we can see which products and cities get demand. This is not tied to your phone number.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept for two years so we can investigate complaints about an installer. Account data is kept until you delete the account.
Deleting your data
Email info@solarcheck.pk from the address on your account, or message the support number from the phone number you used, and we will delete your records within 30 days.
